Shipping policy

Due to the volume of orders I receive and family obligations, orders will normally take 6-8 BUSINESS days to process, package, and ship. Sometimes it's faster and rarely it can be longer; kindly take that into consideration while waiting for shipping updates.

I ship via USPS Ground Advantage with delivery confirmation. This method takes about 2-5 days for domestic (U.S.) orders. International orders are shipped using Fedex International Connect Plus, and usually takes 1-2 weeks, sometimes longerdepending on your country's customs department.

Delivery confirmation serves as proof of delivery. If tracking states that your order is delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out to your local post office for the gps coordinates of delivery. They will not disclose that information to me! If gps proves it was misdelivered, it is the responsibility of the post office to find and deliver your package.

I am not responsible for packages that are stolen. In such cases, please file a police report.

Please double check and make sure your shipping address on file with Etsy is your current address. I am not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address on file! If you do notice that the address provided with the order is not correct, please contact me right away, so we can address the next steps in correcting the issue. If your package is shipped to an incorrect address provided with the order, buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

You may be charged duties or customs fees upon arrival of your package. Those fees are the responsibility of the recipient, not the sender. It is a tax on imported goods, and is completely random. It does not always happen, but I have no way of knowing when it will.
