RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I gladly accept returns and exchanges.

ITEMS UNAVAILABLE FOR RETURN or EXCHANGE

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

RETURNS and EXCHANGE DETAILS

Buyer is responsible for shipping on all returns and exchanges, except in the case of a defective item. If item is defective, buyer must share photo proof that item was defective upon receipt. I am not responsible for negligent or force-able treatment of jewelry that results in item being broken.

Items returned due to package refusal (Return to Sender) or customer changing mind are subjected to a 25% restocking fee.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Due to the volume of orders I receive and family obligations, orders will normally take 5-8 BUSINESS days to process, package, and ship. Sometimes it's faster and rarely it can be longer; kindly take that into consideration while waiting for shipping updates.

I ship via USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. This method takes about 2-5 days for domestic (U.S.) orders. International orders are shipped using USPS First Class International, and usually take 1-3 weeks, sometimes longer (up to 4 months) depending on your country's postal services.

I am not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. For this reason I highly recommend purchasing Insurance with your order! You can choose to add insurance when you choose your shipping method.

Please double check and make sure your shipping address on file with Etsy is your current address. I am not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address on file! If you do notice that the address provided with the order is not correct, please contact me right away, so we can address the next steps in correcting the issue. If your package is shipped to an incorrect address provided with the order, buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Update: With Covid restrictions lifted, we are now able to ship to regions once unavailable during the pandemic.

To our German customers, we are able to ship to you as we are now in alignment with the shipping requirements of your country.

To our Russian customers, due to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, shipping to your country has been halted. If you would like to order and have a way to get it shipping to a neighboring region that is accepting US mail, we are able to ship.


If you are purchasing from outside the US, I strongly recommend adding a phone number to your order. This can avoid delays with your order.

You may be charged a customs fee upon arrival of your package. That fee is the responsibility of the recipient, not the sender. It is a tax on imported goods, and is completely random. It does not always happen, but I have no way of knowing when it will.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

While all the jewelry I make is either stainless steel or hypoallergenic metal and generally very sturdy and tough, to be safe I do not recommend wearing in the shower, while swimming, wearing for long periods in humidity or participating in sports.


This a a handmade item, therefore care while handling is required. I cannot be responsible for replacing jewelry that is roughly and force-ably handled, or altered by the wearer.

To clean, make a paste of one part water, one part baking soda and use to gently polish with a soft cloth. Rinse thoroughly with water and dry completely before storing and wearing.
