I use resin to create the faux dripping honey effect, so each piece will differ slightly. The hoop is 18k gold plated on grade 304 stainless steel and super comfortable! They are a very beautiful golden hypoallergenic accessory that will match so many things!
These are about 7/8 of an inch wide, and just under 1 inch long. The drip adds about 4 mm. The drip length will vary from pair to pair, due to the handmade nature of the resin and curing process.
***IMPORTANT NOTE: The pin that goes through the ear hole is about an 18 gauge size, which is a little larger than most ear pins! The standard ear pin size is 18-22 gauge. This does not mean you need gauged ears to wear, it simply means baby piercings might be too small and sensitive for these! I have never gauged my ears, but they are naturally stretched enough to wear these easily. Please let me know if you have any other questions!***
Though my jewelry is tough and reinforced, I do not recommend wearing in the shower or swimming. ♥
